what if you are draw archam horror card in location and it say : go to XXX location (or other world) and draw encounter there and on encounter it say : you are delayed. Does that means :

1) you go back on location and you are delayed there

2) you stay on that location draw second encounter and then you go back

If: Encounter 1 says to go and have encounter 2, then return, Encounter 2 delays you. You: Return and stay delayed.

If: Encounter 1 says to go and have encounter 2, and Encounter 2 delays you. You: Stay and are delayed

EtN covered it, but to be more clear:

Being delayed is independent of where you are. You would still return to your original location, but you would return delayed. Being delayed at your alternate encounter doesn't automatically cause an extra encounter to occur.
