Specific to Tibs, Avi, and ColtsFan, but generally to everyone else who visits and contributes to this forum...

I've recently conducted some research on the Arkham Horror wiki page, and it appears as though some players have provided cogent interpretations on several problematic cards. As an Air Force officer, trained and educated in long-term planning, I'm afraid that the resulting FAQ (and others have echoed this concern) will prove Overcome by Events, and we'll have an entire body of questions which remain unanswered ~ awaiting another all-inclusive FAQ over a protracted period of time.

To that end, would it not make more sense for FFG to create a similar "Wiki"-like page, restricting access to their own employees, in which editors could provide timely responses/interpretations. In this way, everyone has immediate access to it; it's highly-adaptive/responsive; and others may contribute their own interpretations subject to final approval.

It seems to me that if this is produced even in the next few months, myriad questions shall remain unanswered/unaddressed.

This doesn't strike me as something that would ever actually happen (that is, I don't think FFG would do such a thing). But it would be a neat idea in principle. I guess just more rigorous checks and balances over at the Arkham Wiki would be all you need. When the next FAQ is finished, many clarifications will find their way over to the wiki, I'm sure. I'll be sure to remove or correct any incorrect assumptions or posts to the best of my ability.

... Honestly, I wish I could say otherwise, but I'm expecting the new FAQ to leave plenty of unanswered questions. The best I can say about it is it will finally plug up (hopefully), all the major questions that have been dangling around for months or even years. Which is a hell of a lot better than nothing, right? ;')
