Picked up the starter box as a post-Christmas gift to myself and have played a few games.

At this point, i'm enjoying the game enough to make some additional purchases. I'm not necessarily looking to build "tourny-style crush all comers" decks, but i do want to add some options to the cards i have. Any tips on where i should put my next $50-$60 in the game?

In my opinion, the #1 thing that you would want to pick up would be a copy of the first delux expansion "Assault on Ulathen" to get the high elf and dark elf capitals. This expansion does not have x3 copies of all the cards in it, but it is worth it to have access to all 6 capital board.

After that, I would pick up the other delux expansion "March of the Damned" or some of the battle packs from the second cycle of battle packs "The Enemy Cycle". My two favorites are "Burning of Derricksburg" and the latest one "Bleeding Sun".
