So my game is for the time being is going to be AH+Dunwich(assuming B&N ever gets it to me)+Lurker.

Would it be feasable to use both the Lurker Herald AND The Dunwich Horror Herald (the one you can d/l)?

Also, what would the best way to add in The King in Yellow expansion to the mix?

You can use them together. The Dunwich herald triples the wakeup rate of the Dunwich Horror. The Lurker herald can offer too much benefit to the investigators to be a problem, so Lurker will probably work fine with any other herald.

To add King in Yellow to the mix, I have two recommendations:

1. Just mix it in. So long as you don't go past 3 total expansions, King in Yellow shouldn't be too diluted. Dunwich will withstand dilution with up to 4 total expansions.
2. Use my newest anti-dilution rule. Using those three expansions, you draw mythos cards normally until the terror level reaches 4: at that point your pre-draw number goes to 1 for the rest of the game.
