Campaign Questions

By player199375, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

Four Questions, in a campaign setting, when exploring a dungeon how much gold does a treasure icon give to the party. Curses - What can remove a curse, I know there is the remove curse town item but it specifically says that is remove "Dark Relics" can this also remove other cursed items that are found in the treasure decks and also can it be used to remove a curse token that is given as a result of the "Dark Curse" special ability. If not, what can remove these types of curses. Lastly when a party opens a treasure chest in a dungeon and they roll to get a item from the tressure chest decks, does each character receive a treasure card like a normal Descent game or does the party reveice just one treasure. When a party is in a dungoen and they use a glyph to go back to Tamiril and use the restock option, can this be done an unlimited amount of time, so that they can keep running back and stocking up on potions and other benies or is this limited in some way. Any help would be appreciated.

400gp. The AC always uses 4 heroes, thus 100gp "per hero" will always be 400.

The curse doll town item will remove any Curses your hero has, regardless of where they came from. Also, dying will remove all curses (after taking their penalty in CT, of course.) I don't think there's any other way.

It is my understanding that you draw only one treasure per die that rolled a blank in AC. That has been called into question in the past, though. Not sure where the rules lawyers landed.

The heroes can go back to town as many times as they like, however, they can only visit one building per Restock. If a single hero wants to visit multiple buildings, he has to spend additional turns in town Restocking. Also, the treasures available at the market do not refill since the entire dungeon is played out in the space of one Game Week. Likewise, the number of potions available for sale are limited by the Alchemist value of Tamalir at the time, and this value is not reset until the next Game Week.

One treasure per blank, not one treasure per hero per blank.

It is one blank one treasure but i can quite mix things up. Who gets the treasure? As the rules write it whoever wants to get it does. But when you have dark relic treachery things become complicated. Since dark relic is played before the treasure card is drawn since you can't see what the heroes WOULD have drawn. So what happens? Does the OL picks to which he gives the dark relic? Do the player do and if they do do they see first the dark relic? There is quite the complication there. I am just mentioning cause it passed my mind we never had that kind of situation since when we played against an OL with spiderqueen he didn't thought they were worth the treachery points. Anyway what are the peoples thoughts on that one for the advanced campaign what do they do in their campaigns?

About the question of curses don't confuse curse doll with remove curse.

Remove curse, removes dark relic as it states nothing to do with curses.

The curse doll can remove up to 2 effect tokens (burn, poison, web or even curses). Mirror shield will also bounce off effect tokens and in effect curse tokens. Sahla can also pay 2 fatigue to remove curses hence making him a big weapon with that cursed staff once he gets upgrades in his dices.

Also if you die with a cursed weapon equipped you must either immediately reequip or discard it and lose it.
