since i'm a newbie i'd like to understand some rules.

Tanks obstruct a unit los? For example, a unit in open ground can shoot at enemy unit "between" a tank or vehicle?

I'd like to know also if a tank can blow up buildings with his firepower plus concussive firepower. Or the destruction of a building can be done only by mortars/artillery barrage/bombing run?

Tank do not obstruct los. so units can fire even at units behind tanks.

tanks can destroy buildings. You can find the rules in the normandy expansion rules (download section) in my opinion destroying buildings with tanks is to hard, but the rules are like that.
