Does Lex continue to attack as long as he keeps rolling skulls, or does he get just one extra attack if his first attack is a skull?

So every time he makes an attack and rolls a (skull) he gets to attack again. It doesn't matter if it's his 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc..etc.. attack.
