Alright, heres my Talbain deck off of all. Now some things to note:
1. Im playing an all deck, Im not duel or tri symboling him (atleast not till I go Block 3, and that will only be with 1 card)
2. Im not trying to abuse him as rediculously as everyone else seems to want to. It does hurt to just play to have fun
3. This is a block 2 deck, I paid for the cards so Im going to play them as long as I can.
4. The main things I play against in my area, are 7/20- characters
5. If you are going to suggest something to go in or come out, then please suggest something to come out or go it for said card(s) .

It's defintely a solid build if his character didn't do what he did, go with tricky basket for reloading spiral ddt shennanigans, still don't like any of the talbain builds posted so far. Take jeff's gloves out and 2 of the crappier attacks, when you can smash ddt's in their face all day you need tech attacks that do stuff to edge your opponent into a corner.

Oh man, you really need to stack promo Talbain into it (the 9 Hand Size one). I played Talbain*** off of [ALL] in two local tourneys and were almost unbeated in both (only Talim won me once at the swiss rounds in the second tourney). I'll post my list for reference, so you might take some ideas.

3 Tag Along 5/4

Just some notes: in Talbain*** decks, Yoga Adept is *waaaay* better than Kung Fu Training. I only owned 1 Chester's Backing at the moment, so I couldn't run any more. Clones is the only card that doesn't have [ALL] from the beginning, but is a great attack to start for, and a great check too. Anyway, it is very quickly put in your staging area due to opponent's Olcadan's Mentoring.

Good luck with it! nokto.-
