I have to admit - I like the connections made between the two game systems. And this new book from FFG really gives me some nifty ideas to use in my Rogue Trader game. War of faith in the Koronus expanse? oh you'd better believe my players would sell weapons to **** near anyone involved!

That could be done fairly simply, with a little tweaking. Missionaries would work with most of the alternate ranks and the like.

I was particularly intrigued by the politics behind the various cardinals. any movement of pilgrims and/or wars of faith fought in the Expanse will have support and enemies alike in the Calixis sector. there's plenty of information in this new book to tie together all KINDS of things together in Rogue Trader.
That was one of the things I liked too, because having even more politics in Rogue Trader is awesome 
especially when my players are about as religious as a brick
