I've made my own record sheet with Open Office Calc. Here is a pdf - Version:

The Implants Section is by no mean complete but many Implants have been included elsewhere on the sheet concerning their game relevant mechanics.

I corrected it accordint to the Errata: Including Unarmed Warrior.
