...on reading some reviews of the seller, it is possible they are shipping the adventurer's toolkit even though its described as the Core set on the site, so buyer beware.

They shipped the Adventurer's toolkit to a new member of our group. Basically the price is too good to be true...
ok, but there is description of a product right? and it says Core , and all the book are mentioned right?
If so, isnt it their fault, should they ship Core instead after receiving complaint? is there a consument law for that?
I got my Dark Heresy rule book for 8 pounds on pre-order because a book store got their prices wrong, so it does happen, but in this case, i don't want the hassle of arguing the case with the seller if they send me the toolkit instead.
What happened with your group member? did he get a refund upon sending back the toolkit? presumably there was no sign of a core set as a replacement!?
With a seller with a 81% positive feedback in the past 12 months, IMO I would not trust it, to many late delivery/wrong thing for my taste. I only deal with someone that's got at least 96% positive or been recommend by a friend.
