Okay, new book, more eratta...
1) When do Battle Sisters get Swift Attack (Repentia rank 4 gains lightning attack)
- I would say Rank 3 for 200xp
2) Missing discriptor for the Fire Lance and Flame Hammer
- I would say, Ag Test or Catch Fire
Blood of Martyrs Eratta
3) The Rank 8 Sound Constitution for the Battle Sister has an unexplained Asterisk
- I would rule they can buy it twice on that rank

Im not sure if this is a mistake or not but it doesn't mention if any of the armours are primitive. Some of them seem like they should be but none of them say.

The lack of extra attacks is by design according to Mack. I asked that question as soon as I had finsihed carefully reading over the career. I find it odd that the Repentia who only ever get 1 attack in TT can even get Lightning Attack, but Battle Sisters even veteran ones will never achive that outside of elite advances. I think that elite advances solves the problem at a cool 300 for each at rank 4 and 7, but I find it odd that every other base class even the adept gets at least swift attack and step aside without needing to take an alterante rank which is about an "non-combat" as it gets. The Battle Sisters shoudl watch out for their other orders in HTH though since they are all adepts or clerics depending on how you read it.

The point is Lightning Attack has a prerequisite, Swift Attack, so if the Repentia (Sister only) can buy Lightning Attack at Rank 4 (earliest) the Battle Sister Should get Swift Attack before that, so Rank 3 at the latest...or Lightning Attack Should be Swift Attack, but I'll go for 200xp at Rank 3 for Swift Attack...
Look at the Mortiurge alternate career rank in the Radical's Handbook.
- Available to Arbitrators at Rank 5+
- Access to Last Killer Standing talent which has Nerves of Steel as a prerequisite.
- Nerves of Steel is available within the normal Rank 5 (Arbitrator) advances.
If an alternate career rank has access to a talent, but otherwise lacks access to the talent's prerequisite then the prerequisite may, with the GMs permission, be purchased as an Elite Advance. This was the official word from FFG when asked previously on the matter last year.

Repentia get access to Swift Attack as its in the alternate career rank. Its 2 lines after Lightning Attack

Well spotted (it is 2 down from Lightning Attack).
One problem is how much to pay for the Fearless talent: 100 or 500 XP. It would normally be available at rank 7 for 200 XP so I would presume the more expensive of the two but then 500 XP seems a bit too much.
Page 95 upper right hand corner:
"All Starting Talents, Gear and Wealth listed here totally replace the Rank 1 Adept listing on page 44 of the Dark Heresy Rulebook.
Starting Rank: Rank 1 (Replaces Cleric Rank 1 on page 62 of the Dark Heresy Rulebook.)"
Not sure how to read that.... is it
A) a typo where the "Adept" should have been "Cleric"
B) a typo where the "Cleric" should have been "Adept"
C) it doesnt matter as both are completely replaced by the stuffs listed below, and there are no career restrictions, so it might as well be read as "Ranks 1 of whatever Career the Character is..."

Page 79, second paragraph:
- "The Dialogous, Hospitaller, and Famulous Alternate Starting Ranks allow a player to create a different kind of Sororitas character than the Battle Sister... If a player wishes to use one of these Alternate Starting Ranks, it must be done at character creation, or the option is lost... Once a character achieves Rank 2, she returns to the appropriate career for advancement. Characters from Non-militant Orders are treated as Adept and Clerics for all purposes, but have specialised skills and alternative career ranks available to them as they progress."
While I admit speculation of intent on my part, I believe the Famulous are intended to be allowed to choose in which career they advance from Rank 2 onward; Adept or Cleric. However, which ever career is chosen at Rank 2 becomes their choice and they are locked into it from then on. Or, they were intended to be the Order which advances as Cleric. Otherwise, there may be a discrepancy in both Dialogous and Hospitaller, in which all three Non-militant Orders are intended to be able to choose between Adept and Cleric upon reaching Rank 2. Personally, I think I prefer this second possibility of what was intended.
It's a good one for the |Rules Question| link.

My personal take on it is that it looks like a typo caused by a copy and paste error. I think Famulous should advance as Clerics. They do act as religious advisers to noble families.
Emailed FFG. Response was that the Famulous is a Cleric and should start with cleric stuff. Looks like it's a typo.
Which is odd, since it was correct in my copy
The typo probably came about when it was being changed and moved around for layout purposes.
The Famulous is a Cleric (the alternate rank replaces Cleric rank 1 and the Cleric equipment, money, etc) and the Hospitaller is an Adept (and as such this rank replaces Adept rank 1 and the Adept money, equipment, etc).
Found another one...
The sister Hospitaller can buy Master Chirurgeon but can't buy Medicae +10 which is the prerequisite...they can buy this at rank 4 at which they could also buy said talent for one third of the cost...
Solution: Medicae +10 costs 200xp
