Blessed Spawning: lets you search the top five cards of your deck and put a cost 4- lizardman in play. Scout Camp: permits you to search for an extra card when searching your deck.
Now: does this mean that by combining these two, you get to search and put into play two lizardmen ?

No, you get to search the top 6 cards and put one into play.
