i have since got the normandy exspansion and i am loving it. i did run in to one problem while playing the campian mission bloody omah. the americans have the cliff climbing card so meaning the can climb up cliffs but the card states that they can not assult at the top does this mean that the units can nt climb up a cliff in to a hex with an enemy unit present in it.

Scaling Cliffs allows squads to go from level 0 terrain up to level 2 terrain (normally impassible) for 3 MP. If there's a unit on the level 2 hill, you can not move units there. As you pointed out the card also does not allow units who use the scaling cliffs ability to enter buildings, bunkers, or assault.
