Would there happen to be a Collectors edition of Talisman in the works?

None that I've heard, but keep an eye on the fantasy flight games news section. If they put something together it will likely be announced there.

If they do eventually bring out a collectors edition (as I would imagine, all boards, expansions and painted minis), I would hope they would offer the painted minis separate as well.
