This. Grammar fail on my part. I apologize. It won by having a card that said "If there are 200 or more cards in your deck during your upkeep you win the game." The rest of the deck was card search.

Yeah I remember about the time of Ravnica block being a really stupid deck type. Actually it is still stupid even if effective.

I would like to play fun/thematic games of Cthulhu with larger decks, say highlander for instance. I think we need a deeper card pool first though as it is still a bit shallow. Once we get to the numbers that the CCG had, it should be more feasible.

Cthulhu variants would be fun.

I'd love me some slightly less clunky multiplayer.

We tried the Cenacle rules for a couple of weeks, but the gang decided they didn't improve the flow or speed of the game. Some clever ideas, but for us locally, not our cup of tea.
