promo yun seong and program malfunction

if my program goes through, then i use his ability, the foundation/s i tapped don't ready when i ready everything correct?

and if so please give me some good wording on how to explain why. is it b/c it's all on the same chain? or it all happens at once so the foundations i tapped dont' "know" that they can ready LOL.

You are correct - they cannot ready, because at the time Yun-Seong's ability is used, Program Malfunction is still committed. Yun-Seong's ability readies all foundations at once, so their foundations committed by ProMal do not ready. Can't beats can and all that jazz.

Note, however, that in this case, during your opponent's next ready phase, the foundations committed by Program Malfunction before you readied it will be able to ready again, because PM readied.
