I was looking at this battleplan. It says the stark side has 2 kennelmaster units. But they are not shown on the map where they start. Error?
Error with fighting fire with ice battleplan?
No, both Kennelmaster units belongs to Greatjon Umber.

I don't see that on the battleplan. Is it on Greatjon's leader card? I ordered the game and I should get it end of the week, so I can't look at the card. The way I read the battle plan for Stark is there are 11 calvary units listed, so that is broken up as 2 4 mini units, and a 3 mini unit with Richard Kardstark. The map on the battleplan show Richard Kardstark and not 2 but 3 calvary units. No place does it mention the Kennelmasters on the map. The Kennelmasters have rectangle bases.
Sorry for all the questions. I want to make sure I am doing the set up right when I start to play. If I am reading it wrong let me know.
There are two variants of Greatjon Umber - "The Greatjon" and "Lord of Last Hearth", with separate cards. He's the latter variant in the battle in question, which means that he commands a kennelmaster unit. The battlemap only shows the commanders, not what units they're with, that follows directly from their commander cards.
Cavalry comes in units of 3 figures, not 4, so the 11 cavalry figures + Rickard Karstark are precisely enough for 12 / 3 = 4 units.
Thanks. I downloaded and read the rules. I was going buy the example that 4 infrantry make up one unit. Makes sense that calverary is only 3 to a unit.
