I recently picked up some old boxes of Call of Cthulhu CCG boosters and noticed they all have an icon on the back that says "1 Sanity Point", just wondering what these were good for and if they are still good for anything?

Back in the old ccg days Sanity Points could be redeemed for special "prizes," often promo cards and other rewards for buying product and winning tournaments. They are no longer used for anything.
