For example does having two Shadow Enchantress (If there is at least 1 card in Shadows, Asshai characters gain a Military icon and get +1 STR for each card in Shadows.) and one card in shadows would the Shadow Enchantress get +1 or +2 STR? (1 or 2 Mil icon also?)

Similarly with 2 Alchemist's Shop (Your characters with Weapon attachments you control get +2 STR and gain Deadly.) would my characters with weapons get +4 str and 2 Deadly keywords?

Each card is separate effect, so 2 shops give +4 STR and still give your characters deadly if opponent has active Feral Pack ability.
