the Rtl book states "If a chest is opened and no treasures are found, the heroes receive one extra conquest token."

The core game says Chest Conquest is based on the Quest Guide.

So in RtL do they heroes get 1 conquest regardless then 1 additional if there are no treasure items inside? Or zero +1 if there is no treasure inside.?
