Honestly. No one likes ranged attacks, and there's plenty of nice ones. For example, Jedah and Rock support is nice. And Order has control so it's nice to have something to back it up.

Basically an experiment on two things:
1) When you really just want to draw, how much CAN Order draw (lol)?
2) Can a deck based on only ranged attacks work?
Moon Glow combined with all the ridicuous card draw (Aquakinesis, The Bigger They Are, etc.) means you can selectively discard and draw, which is nice. Dio-Cega adds its own damage to the next ranged attack, given that it deals damage. Double Cyclone Punch is a smaller, off-center version with higher printed damage, that only passes +2 damage to the next ranged attack. Neo Raging Storm will come at 8 difficulty, but at 10 base damage and with all the card draw (and the relatively low attack difficulties), the restriction on it seems low. Not only that but being an Order attack, Personal Style will give it +3 damage for committing one foundation, since all attacks in the deck have blocks (plus the Powerful:2 if needed). EC, CB, BRT, 4T are there for control. AA is a nice asset to have to stop attacks that border on the ridiculous amounts of damage.
edit: Removed NRS for HPB, 2 Ass Arts and 2 DBK for MHN, TBTA for PS. Lots of acronyms.
