Okay, how do these two interact?
Essentially Storm's End allows you to replace the putting of 1 power due to winning dominance with putting 1 power on two characters... now since Melissandre says you gain one additional power during dominance, can you use these two cards in a combo to gain 4 power on characters each dominance? (Effectively replacing the gaining of 1 power, twice, one at a time) Or does the fact that you're gaining 2 power make Storm's End's effect unable to function?
...I think my main question here is, do you gain the power one at a time or two at the same time using Melissandre? According to FAQ for drawing cards you always draw one at a time, and for winning you win immediately if you gain 15 power (so usually don't win with 16 or 17). That would support my thinking that this combo works, but would still like to have this clarified.
