Hey everyone! Lurked for a few months and decided to post finally! So strange thing I just encountered: I bought myself Arkham Horror for an early Christmas present, and going to Amazon, I noticed that Dunwich Horror is inexplicably $147.88! To make sure it was right, I saw Innsmouth and Kingsport for both under $40. Anyone care to weigh in on this? Apparently it's Out of Stock here on FFG, so that may be the case.

Should I just Froogle it, or Google Shopping it and find another seller? I always get nervous though when I buy from gaming stores, even if they have a high review. Anyone care to weigh in? Thanks

Get another big box expansion, or if this is your first expansion, get CotDP. It's the best starting small box expansion, and doesn't increase difficulty level too much.

It's out of stock at Amazon, so a random person is selling a copy for a high markup. That's all it is.

Edit - Although it is curious that Amazon lists the MSRP for the base game and big box expansions as $6 more than they really are.

I usually buy my games here: www.giochinscatola.it It's an italian shop, but they ship worldwide and they have Dunwich Horror (English edition) in stock for quite a reasonable price, 45€ (http://giochinscatola.it/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2901). They are pretty good in handling order and so on. Don't know if this could be of any help, but in case...

I went ahead and bought a copy from eBay because it seems to be disappearing from the shelves everywhere. The fact that FFG lists it on the expansions page as "not available" as opposed to "not yet available" or "available soon" is a little troubling. D=
