Hi, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone knew of any board games similar to the battlestar galactica board game? In particular I'm interested in a board game that is co-op as well, but with a potential traitor in your midst. The only one i've found that seemed similar was Shadows Over Camelot. Any board game veterans know of anything else?

Does it have to be a board game? I'd think the Resistance would appeal to BSG fans. It's really more of a Werewolf/Mafia variant than a board game, but you get to hunt out the traitors in a sci-fi setting so if you're interested you might have a look at that.

Sadly board games with a true traitor mechanic are few and far between. Dark Age of Camelot is one of the only ones I can think of.

I've played Shadows over Camelot, but I haven't since I started Battlestar (BSG is far superior).

Betrayal at the House on the Hill has some similar elements, sort of a Akham/BSG hybrid thing. Its pretty good.

Yea, Shadows and BStar are the only ones I've come across. Betrayal at the House on the Hill has you wander a mansion with your friends and abpout halfway through, one goes insane and tries to kill everyone. But they aren't a traitor the entire time.
