No reaction for part request

Gentleman,

i've send 14 days ago a request at the parts-eMail-Adress (with an addition 1 day later), 5 days ago a memory, the subject was 'BOW'.

I got automatic replies, but no other reaction.

Please let me know if it will be handled sometime. It's OK if it takes time, but to get no no-automatic reaction at all over two weeks is somewhat embarrassing.

I've been waiting for a week and a half for them to respond to emails I've sent about a purchase made from their online store. Perhaps they're having a problem with their email?
