Actions used multiple times per turn?

By Rabiddwarf, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Ok, I have been playing the game for a while now, but a rules question came up last night.

I have Loqtza in play in my Kingdom with 4 other Lizardmen in the zone as well. I have 10 unspent resources available.

Instead of playing more units I spent all 10 to trigger Loqtza's ability 5 times.

Action: Spend 2 resources to deal X damage to target unit. X is the number of Lizardmen units in this zone.

so I did 5 instances of 5 damage each, clearing his battle field then winning the game.

He stated that I could not trigger the same effect multiple times per turn, but I found no clarification of this in the rules.

Am I blind and missed the ruling, or was my play legal?

Thanks in advance.

I think what you did was legal, it has not been errata'ed by ffg that is limited per turn.

Your play was correct. Tell your opponent to stop triggering sour grapes multiple times per turn.

The only cases where your opponent would be correct are cards that have trigger conditions, like "at the beginning of X" or "when <something happens>" Then you can only use the action once for each time that event occurs.
