several question about the M I U interface:

a) whats is the maximal weapon size contected to it?

pistol?

basic?

heavy?

b) how much M I U can a player carry

c) where a M I U can be place

arms?

shoulder ?

some location may seems absurd but in the fluff there have been some example.

d) can a M I U be place on cybermastiff or similar "pets"?

By RAW there's no limit. I tend to limit my players to pistols or compact basics unless they've got Auto-Stabilised.

b) how much M I U can a player carry

There's nothing in the rules about having multiple cybernetics, but assume either one or say, half your Intelligence bonus.

c) where a M I U can be place

The MIU itself needs to be connected to your spinal cord or brain; beyond that, you can connect the relevant weapon or system anywhere on your body or even as part of your armour.

d) can a M I U be place on cybermastiff or similar "pets"?

Yes.

f) must it be place on a armor ?

Erm. I have no idea what you meant by that, but power armour SHOULD require that you have an MIU to control it.

h) must it be powered?

The MIU? It's fuelled by your body. Any weapon systems connected to you would still require ammunition though.

Entirely false. Space Marines are able to negate the to-hit bonus for being "hulking" size in power armor because they can interface with it via the black carapace, but power armor for everyone else is just a suit of armor, you don't plug in to it and it is powered by it's own battery pack. The exception is the Dragon Scale power armor used by tech priests on the front lines, and they plug in via their own implants, no MIU required.
