Hi
I just recently built a mono-faction deck for each of the seven factions so that when people come over to play, they can just pick up their favourite one and play. The aim for the decks is to be all about equal but still at least a bit competitive so that the games are more challenging. Other point i wanted to bring across was that the decks should play and feel like the faction they represent, so bizarre combo's are pretty much out (except maybe for Yog ;D).
Here is the Agency deck i built. Any feedback will be very much appreciated. Is it missing any important cards? Should I leave something out? I'll be posting the rest of the decks later.
Characters: (28)
1xKirby O'Donnel, Adventurer Abroad

3xHired Muscle
3xT-Men
2xMonster Hunter
3xBlackwood File Clerk
3xPeeler
2xFreelance Agent
2xFemme Fatale
3xAgency Medic
Events: (15)
3xShotgun Blast

There is too much of expensive unique characters in there, but, they are fun to play and slow the deck down a bit, as Agency ended up winning much more than the others. Otherwise it's pretty straightforward, just rush to stories and blast anything that stands in your way.
(Sets i currently have: 3xCore, 2xSoA, Yuggoth Contract AP 1,2 and 4, planning to get them all eventually)
