The body in the tub. The water, overflowing. Muddy stains on the wall, the towels, the rug. Muddy stains smeared with blood.

The Summons of the Deep expansion cycle for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game continues its resurgence this Winter with the re-release of The Antediluvian Dreams and The Terror of the Tides Asylum Packs.

As previously announced, The Summons of the Deep expansion cycle makes its return early this Winter with the release of the upgraded The Spawn of the Sleeper and The Horror Beneath the Surface Asylum Packs. The Antediluvian Dreams and The Terror of the Tides will be similarly upgraded, reprinted in the new 60-card format, featuring 3 copies each of 20 unique cards.
In addition to increasing from the 40-card packs of the original printing, the reprint of The Antediluvian Dreams and The Terror of the Tides Asylum Packs will also incorporate the errata and clarifications of the current FAQ.
Late Winter, The Summons of the Deep expansion continues its exploration of Call of Cthulhu's icon struggles with The Antediluvian Dreams and The Terror of the Tides.
In The Antediluvian Dreams, the emphasis is on the Combat struggle and the different factions' approaches to it. The Combat Struggle becomes deadlier for the Agency's enemies, as it comes armed for bear with Dynamite, while Yog-Sothoth wards away aggressors with The Sleepwalker. The Cornered Man is a valuable ally in any deck that thirsts for blood.
The Terror of the Tides rewards the studious with its focus on the Arcane struggle. Syndicate and Hastur confound enemies with the Stealthy Byakhee and Arcane Drifter and Cthulhu springs to action with the monstrous Terror of the Tides. The reprint of The Terror of the Tides also includes the deadly sorcerer, the Descendent of Eibon, designed by 2007 World Champion Jim Black.
In addition to cards based around icon struggles, each Asylum Pack in The Summons of the Deep also includes a variety of other cards to enhance each faction's various strengths and strategies.
In the depths of Winter, The Summons of the Deep continues, new and improved, with more cards and more opportunities for exciting game play. Be there when the sleeper awakens and experience the terror anew!
