I have a little question, I can´t find anything that states just how big Port Wander is? like size, how many kilometers across how many people are inside. Have anyone found or does anyone have a qualified guess?

Nothing directly, but in Into the Storm their is a nice illustration that you can use to get an estimate. It shows the Solstice Imperialis, a old pilgrim transport vessel that has become part of the station. using the Jericho stats form the main book it should be about 2.25 kilometers long. Because of the lopsided nature of the stations additions getting a clean measurement is difficult, but is should be roughly 16 kilometers wide at its longest point and 11 and a half kilometers at its thinest. as for height, I have no idea.

Into the Storm also gives a good number for the population of the station as well as the area around it.

According to Into the Storm, Port Wander has approximately five million residents. There are about five million more people on the scattered asteroid habs surrounding the port, so it's a pretty big place. There is a map of the station, which shows it to be roughly ovoid in layout. Scale isn't given, but the station occupies a region on the map roughly 165 mm x 140 mm. The Solstice Imperialis is shown on the same map, and it is 25 mm long. So, call it 16 or 17 km long, by 14 km across?
