I was wondering if the effects of plot cards count for all players or just the player who plays it. For example, Planning Ahead says "Skip the taxation phase this round." Does that mean everyone or just me? Similarly, The Power of Blood say "[Noble] characters cannot be killed." Does that mean that none of the noble characters in play can be killed or only none of mine?

Plots affect everyone unless they say otherwise. So all players would skip the taxation phase for Planning Ahead, and all Noble characters would not be able to be killed if Power of Blood is revealed.

I thought that was the case, but wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help!
