Neutral Nobles Brotherhood deck

Neutral - Noble - Brotherhood Deck

So this is a deck that I've been experimenting with this entire cycle. The original idea is to use as many nobles as possible to gain renown and win games. First iteration was Night's Watch, but switched to Wildlings because the Gold Curve was (and still is) brutal. When Hollow Hill released, I made it a Brotherhood deck.It has a decent win percentage, but is borderline a Gimmick deck. But it can get alot of power in one turn, and can trigger some nice effects.

Seriously thinking about taking out Seastone Chair and Iron Throne or switching Feat or Famine with Alliance if I intend to keep them. Should really have 3 Distinct Masteries in the deck, and another Nightmares. With the Hollow Hill it makes running Refugees more likely, especailly Refugee of the Citadel to have a Maester and start running Ill TIdings. Might even run Cragorn just for recursive card draw.

uh? sorry, i just can't get your point here.

btw, the guy is built like Schwarzy, tatooed and bearing deadly blades, and he's just 1STR. Old nan could beat him with only one hand gran_risa.gif

Assuming that you play king Robb, it only makes 2 kings and 1 queen in the deck. What the use of Stay of execution? Couldn't you find a better plot for your strategy?

I would assume it means core Robb since it isn't marked otherwise... I agree, do you need the Stay of Execution? It doesnt seem like the Queens/Kings are all that important for the deck, do you need a plot that's solely devoted to keeping them alive? My suggestion would be to replace it with a 2 claim plot since the only one you have is Feast or Famine, which is only a "sometimes" 2 claim plot. Regroup maybe? I hate that plot but I've seen other people use it very effectively, would get back a dupe on an important character.
I would also take out the second Jon Arryn since you can't dupe him anyway, it's just one more card you might get stuck with once he's already dead.
I do like the deck concept.

It is the LOW Robb, so yes there are three king/queen characters.

Feast I often open with, skipping challenges the first round just to more cards, but is primarily a holdover from when previous incarnations. There are better plots to play, that is for sure. Stay of Execution works well for the deck, and helps with Renly's card draw (though the current BWB draw mechanics work very well). If I switch it, it would likely be for The Red Wedding, where I could get 3 power if Joffrey is in play.

I agree that having the dupe of Jon Arryn can be annoying, but without a search I prefer to increase my chances of getting him early in the game.

As for Cragorn, his cost can become 1 from stealing my opponent's gold. I have a friend who suggests I do it (he runs him in his neutral deck), but I'm not quite sold on the idea.

I like that idea because I like Red Wedding, but I think perhaps I am in the minority. Good for a free kill on that pesky Red Viper.
