Any music and/or facts that can be helpful for representing a Feudal World based in Ancient China? Thanks , i know somebody here should know something about this!

For music you should try the soundtrack of the Xbox game Jade Empire...

Its not exactly the same mind you, but it is definitely unique sounding is chinese opera. Very very unique in sound, though I would heartily recommend it be used in moderation.

A bit of an ahh aside here, but again not exactly the same but much of the distinctive sound from my understanding is due to using a different scale for sounds than western instruments are usually written in (Musical scale and defining notes), so if your looking for just a more unique sound to accompany any escapades might I suggest attempting to find any songs written on a non western scale?

Thanks for your kin suggestions! Just i am struggling finding facts about china and proper music for roleplay dark heresy.

Try

I have to wonder how you're having trouble finding facts about China - the internet has to be full of information.

I would suggest you try and find soundtracks to the Chinese movies such as "Hero" and "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon".

PS - In the future maybe try using a shorter title.

Though actually Japanese, if your group would not know or care the difference anyways I have found that adding a bit of Taiko drumming or some traditional Noh plays to the sound rotation does a pretty good job of adding an eastern atmosphere. There is also some truely odd Chinese techno music that comes out of Hong Kong if you are looking for some bizarre "Kung Fu Cyberpunk Heresy" flair to add to the setting.

This assumes you don't want "modern Chinese music": You know, all those Beyonce and Kanye West CDs with questionable cover art and misspelled song titles? "Hey wait, Bono wrote his liner notes in Cantonese?"

I just watched an interesting animated movie "Dragon Hunters" which had a couple of really good 'oriental' themed tracks.

This more of a slow, backmusic

The second from an action sequence, not very grimdark, but very catchy

And finally Avatar the Last Airbender (cartoon) tracks are all excellent, and I believe chinese, just hit youtube.com and enter Avatar the last airbender soundrack, and you will get a dozen. Here is one of my favorites

thanks for all! and sorry for the extra long title :)

Well in my experience there is always lots of drums ....so look into the group called -> "Les Tambours Du Bronx" most of their stuff is pretty cool
