Okay, this is not a rule question. Just a generic / style / component question.

One of the places on the Moon is labeled TMA-1 Landing. I would like to know the story behind this one. Did somebody go "2001" over this, or is it a reference to the Soyuz missions?

I'd say 2001 is a much likelier reference.
