I definately would like to see a hardcover master edition of the rules with all the loop holes and loose ends tied up.Also introducing desease as a lingering effect would be nice, kinda like cross between pioson and burn.A wound inflicted would place a token which inficts an additiional wound per turn until the token is removed by healing.Then you could have a plague sword as a treasure.Also I would like to see something similar to a bag of holding as a treasure, very useful in advanced campaigns.
