Question: Can you do stuff you usually do in the Chapel plus replenishing fate? Or can you do either that or something else?

That ability can be used at every Graveyard visit; with the Vampiress you can replenish both Life and Fate at the Graveyard. I think the Relics from Sacred Pool allow you to do the same.

I believe this is correct. You can do this in addition to the spaces normal effects.
