WFB Chariot racing mini-game?

By Von Todkopf, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

Oh, great loremasters, I ask ye for help in this humble matter.

From one of my off-and-on stints with WFB, I vaguely recall a fun little chariot-racing game. Was it fan-made, or official - I remember not! Does anyone, perchance, have any inkling as to where it may be found? It would be of immense help, as I had the idea of incorporating a chariot-race into my upcoming 2nd ed. Averland campaign.

Once again, I shall be eternally indebted for any assistance rendered and shall shower my benefactor with, well, many words of thanks.

The rules for the chariot mini-game came in a White Dwarf issue around the time the Tomb Kings were released. Probably 2003 or so. Thats all i remember.

Gitzman

Now if I remember correctly there were two versions of the rules, the original detailed the use of orc/goblin, chaos and elven chariots and the Tomb Kings received their own rules later on. The original used to be available from GW's site back when it had more of a hobby component...

A quick google search of "warhammer chariot racing" yields a pdf of the original, as it was available for free download I don't see a problem with linking to it (if there are any legal issues I apologize in advance)....

That is exactly the thing I've been looking for. Eternally indebted, I hereby express my gratitude. Oh, may your sausages be long and spicy and your witch-hunter unerring!
