Due to unexpectedly large traffic volumes to our online store, spurred by the announcement of our annual holiday sale, we have been experiencing severe technical issues which have resulted in issues for many customers placing orders online with FFG since 5pm CST today.

This issue is being tracked down by our e-commerce vendor, whom is – as we speak – digging into this problem with several engineers. FFG staff is standing by to help in whatever way that we can to alleviate this problem. We very much hope to have this problem fixed within a few hours at the latest. We will post here when we know more.
