My guess is that this card is coming from the reprinted packs from the first cycle: the typo (that caused an Errata entry in the FAQ) has disappeared

It was a big deal on the boards when FFG totally whiffed on editing this card, with three different spellings, two muffed, of his name. I support the fact that this glaring messy error on a beloved character strongly undermined our positive FFG creation. Some fumed. Others mused. But no one was impressed. Add to that that some found the character not strong, and Zann was seen as an opportunity missed, and a symbol for the state of the game, even if unfairly considered. To be fair, and to brag, I coined the word, "Zanned." And it took. It came to mean what I just wrote.

So, professor, I felt obliged to acknowledge and point out the fix. FFG did indicate that among reprints, edited cards would appear. That Zann appears as the first spoil for the re-release of Julia in the new 3X format, I think, is an indication to us that FFG considers themselves a well edited / constructed etc. game. And they did not enjoy the detraction from Zann and other good topics by the ridiculous editing of Zann.

I think FFG is demonstrating in other ways that they are cautiously writing card text.

I do not mean to flip FFG some birds but they need to take further steps toward another issue that seems endless before the environment goes to the dogs ... If you get me drift...
