Background:
Some people insist that due to the " also opt" wording that heroes at a SM can train both a stat upgrade and Traits/skills during the same week.

Example:
Week 22: Heroes arrive at Shika's Tree
Week 23: Hero A Trains +4W and Spiritwalker. Hero B trains +2F and 2 Melee trait dice upgrades. Hero C Trains +2F and 2 Trait dice upgrades, Hero D Trains +2F and Knight.
Week 24: Heroes travel to Frostgate

Others insist that it is simply an additional option that you can choose, allowing only 1 upgrade type out of three.
Upgrade Wounds or Fatigue OR
Train a Skill OR
Train up to two Trait Dice upgrades.

Question:
Q. Can a hero train a Secret Master stat upgrade during the same week that he trains a Dice or Skill at a Secret Master Training ground?
A1. Yes. The Secret Master Stat upgrades can be trained in addition to the normal skills or traits during the same week. For example, a Hero could Train +2F Copper level and Train two black dice during the same week for a total cost of 1500 coins and 55XP.
A2. No. Heroes may only choose one option to Train each week. Each week they can train *one* of a) a Skill, b) a Secret Master upgrade or c) up to two trait dice upgrades.

This is surely a wrong answer, but it seems to fit among with the others:

A3: Trait training works like dice training so a hero can choose to get any one of the following: 1 Skill, 2 Dices, 1 Die and 1 Stat, 1 Die and nothing else, Nothing at all.

It's probably A2 anyway.

There is absolutely nothing to support that new possibility. I don't see any need to add entirely new options that don't make sense and have no existing basis for possibiity even through misinterpretation.
