Rogue Trader Into The Storm gives us official rules for Kroot player characters, so your rules won't see much use. Especially when you have such overpowered things as giving Fearless as a starting talent.

regardless of that point, I'm a little confused as to why BS is the lowest stat on there. Don't get me wrong i see where you got it but the kroot are hunters, and hunters need use of both range and close combat. I would think you could remove 5 from T and add it to BS.

and i have to agree that fearless as a 1st level stat is pretty rediculous
