After seeing "The Glass Key" I decided I wanted to try and write down my scenarios in a more official-looking format than jotting down words in Open Office. Does anybody know how to obtain a background image to add to my scenarios (or handouts) to spice them up?

Stripped-out backgrounds from the rulebooks; basically what the Glass Key guy used, though I think he took a screenshot and clone stamped it.
