what use is the wardancer career ability?

okay after reading the action cards, it appears there is viper's dance, and Woven Mist that benefit from each side flip, but that aside, the other actions appear to only have effects link to their activation, meaning once it happens its a lasting effect regardless of which side is up.

once a card no longer has recharge tokens on it then you can't perform that action with whatever side is facing up, you have to perform the action with whatever stance you are in.

is teh effects of the two dance cards the only ability that it gives?

I do not have the card in front of me, but doesn't it give you the ability to "jump" between Conservative/Reckless? That feels like a good thing, if you suddenly need a burst in damage potential, jump to reckless. If you start getting a lot of fatuige, or just want to play it more safe, go into conservative.

Feels like a good thing, if I remember the card correctly.

it allows you to flip over an action card to the opposite stance you are currently in. it doesn't alter your current stance,

(I concur if it altered your stance it would be most beneficial)

Lots of the dances have bonuses when they trigger based on the number of cards you have recharging in the opposite stance. Reckless once have bonuses for number of conservative cards you have recharging and visa versa. The ability allows you to turn over your recharging cards so the benefit your actions future without having to change stance.
