The card says when the attached unit is attacking, double all damage dealt to the defending opponents capital...is that only the damage caused by the attached unit, or ALL damage caused in that round of combat by ALL attacking units? Thanks!

It's even better than that. While the attached unit is attacking, all damage to capital is doubled, so Rock Lobber for example does 4 dmg if you use it after Basha'a Axe unit is declared attacker.
