Deadly Swarm (drawing a blank)

By MegaGeese, in UFS Rules Q & A

Q-Bee E Remove X Soul Tokens from your character: Your opponent cycles their deck. X equals the number of cards in your opponent's removed from game pile (minimum 5).

As I understand the way minimums work, I can play Deadly Swarm when the opponent has 0 cards removed from the game, but I must still remove 5 Soul Tokens from Q-Bee, correct? Or is it that they must have a minimum of 5 cards removed from the game in order for the effect to resolve (I wouldn't think so, since it doesn't say "only playable if your opponent has at least 5 cards in their removed from game pile")?

minimum 5 = 'this will only work if you opponent has at least 5 cards rfg' AND you have to discard at least 5 tokens

Well, there goes that deck idea =(

S'ok Geese I was thinking the same thing lol.
