I was glazing over the rules today and saw that the revealed cylon players add card into a skill check in turn order normally. I don't know why but I was sure that I had seen that they add their card after the tally to see if it is worth while throwing in. It always seemed logical to me that since they can only throw in one card it would make sense they should have that. I would have sworn I saw that ruling and so never thought about it. Do the cylons really just throw in normally in turn order?

Yes - just in normal turn order. Reduces their decision-making considerably otherwise.
