I just heard that Into the Storm has vehicle rules for Rogue Trader, I was wondering if they are a new rule set for vehicles or a reprint of the DH supplement download...

The short answer is: neither.

They are clearly based upon the old DH vehicles rules, but they've been given a pretty thorough rewrite to streamline them and make them integrate into play much more easily.

They're worth checking out, even if you have the old DH download.

They are a complete new ruleset loosely based on the space combat rules....in the (near) future there is going to an Imperial Guard themed supplement which will also hold vehicle rules
