If I have more than one House Dayne character participating in a challenge that I won do I give them all a gold, or just one?

All of them do. Its handy. Its also interesting to give Tywin Lannister the House Dayne trait (run a copy of alliance to get him out) via Rhaegar's Harp or on a turn by turn basis with Old Nan or The Song's of Bael The Bard. Then you get more gold from winning challenges, and can spend it.

In the sense of how you are thinking of the two, yes. Of course it must be Summer for the two to "stack."

Just one. It's response and all responses work with one per trigger rule.
Also, keep in mind that Songs of Bael the Bard doesn't work on Tywin, since he has a Noble crest.
