Okay, here's the scenario. I hit Jon Snow w/ Flame Kissed, and then Used Drogon to get him to 0 and kill him. Ghost then kneels to save him. However, I thought that even after Ghost saved him Jon would still be at 0, and therefore Flame Kissed would remove him any way.
What's the actual ruling on this? I ended up letting Jon Snow live because we didn't know.

Yes, that's terminal effect (see FAQ). You cannot play save unless you save character and remove terminal effect at the same time (for example Risen from the Sea).
